Kelly and I would like to personally thank you for supporting our business with your order! Thanksgiving is always a special holiday for us, and we are thankful for making us a part of your thanksgiving meal.

Heating Instructions

*Please note we have gently seasoned the food for sensitive palates. Additional salt, pepper, or spices are encouraged for your personal taste.

Place soup in a thick bottomed pot heat on a medium heat stirring often. Adjust the seasoning to your preference.

Salad Starter:
Place the lettuces on serving plates or platters, top with the farro salad, drizzle with the vinaigrette.

Preheat your oven to about 350° Fahrenheit.

Remove the top of the foil package before placing on the center rack of your heated oven. We have placed a foil sheet over the meat to maintain freshness. Please leave the sheet in place for the duration of the reheating. The whole package should take about 25 to 40 minutes to heat through. Use a thermometer to check the meat's internal temperature. Turkey should heat to a minimum of 165° Fahrenheit for food safety. Remember each stove operates differently, so we recommend checking on the food after 20 minutes and adjusting your oven's temperature accordingly. When desired doneness is achieved, remove the package and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. This will allow the heat to distribute evenly through the dish and decrease chances of burning oneself when eating. It is just like resting the turkey at Thanksgiving! Season, plate, and serve.

Turkey cider gravy:
We suggest transferring the sauce into a thick bottomed pan and warming it up over low heat slowly on your stove. Stir often with a wooden spoon or heat resistant spatula. Season with salt or herbs to taste preference.

Keep chilled until ready to eat. When ready, serve with your favorite topping.
