lbs Vermont White Cheddar, graded

cup roasted red pepper, chopped

green olives, chopped

tbsp capers, chopped

tbsp garlic, minced

tbsp parsley, chopped

cup Parmesan, graded

tsp mayonnaise
Salt
and pepper
Directions
Combine
all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well-blended, adding mayonnaise last.
