Since opening Elliotts on Linden in 2000, Chef Elliott has opened The Sly Fox Gastropub, in Southern Pines, NC and will showcase Quality Take Home Cuisine at Provisions in Pinehurst, NC. Many folks know to call Elliotts Catering Company to ensure they have a most memorable event!
