Peppercorn Lavoche

 

Ingredients

 

10 oz flour

1 teaspoon ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup scant lemon juice

1/4 cup scant olive oil

 

Directions

 

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend.  Rest dough for 1 hour minimum, roll through pasta machine and cut to size.  Bake at 375 degrees, for 8 – 10 minutes, or until lightly brown.
