Join us for something new in Pinehurst this summer: Island Fest, our culinary tour of the world's most alluring island cuisine. Lunch specials will feature choice of two regional dishes from three select island destinations.

The islands are melting pots of African, Indian, American, French, British and Indiginous Culture, and this is reflected on the plate....

First Stop: Puerto Rico
July 12 - 24

Mofongo. Mashed fried plaintains with pork cracklins and vegetables, served with fried pork and chicken broth

Second Stop: Trinidad & Tobago
